Being sommeliers it is our mission to resolve the mystery around wine. We fight for transparency and would like anyone to enjoy his or her favourite wine.Our international kitchen and the world wines go side by side. No ordinary wines, but pearls from the new world. New world wines are from South Africa, Australia, South America, New Zealand and California.
To simplify choosing your wine we have decided to make a classification by wine style, separating styles in colours on the wine list. On this colourfull list the wines are also classified in strength and fruit aroma, translated in four types of wine styles Fresh, Bright, Rich and Deep.
This way we try to resolve the mystery around wine. Being able to choose your favourite wine in one quick look.
Besides a detailed wine list we also serve a variety of world wines by the glass or choose a world-wine-tasting, in which we match a glass of wine with your dish.
